What is the difference between "Dog Walking" and "Dog Sitting (DROP-IN) services?
- If you are home and want someone to walk your fur baby, use our Dog Walking service
- If you are away from home (vacation, business trip, etc.) and want someone to care for your fur baby including walking (unless you prefer not to), use our Dog Sitting (DROP-IN) service
- Fees are the same since both services are for 30 minutes
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes. Proof of certification is available to clients through the Client Portal.
Are you background checked?
Yes. A copy of the background documentation is available to clients through the Client Portal.
Are you dog CPR certified?
Yes. Proof of certification is available to clients through the Client Portal.
Do you take extra large breeds?
Yes. We have experience working with dogs of all sizes including extra large and strong breeds.

Do you have experience caring for senior and/or special needs dogs?
Yes. We can schedule a meet-and-greet, so you can tell us about your pup and make sure you feel good about moving forward with us.

Can I have a quote?
Yes. Please share your plans with us using the form here. We will send your quote via e-mail.
How do you communicate with your clients?
We use an app called, Time To Pet. We communicate through its Client Portal where clients can request bookings, make payments, and receive a detailed Visit Report after each visit.
Are any reviews from your current clients available?
Yes. You can read them in the Recommendations section of our business page on Yelp and Nextdoor.
How can clients know about the annual donation you make?
An Annual Donation Report will be sent to each client individually in January. It includes the donation amount and the names of the organizations that received the donation.

$10 will be added per additional pup (or kitty)

$10/day will be added for the service scheduled on the following dates:
12/20/2024 - 1/5/2025 (Holiday seasons)
1/17/2025 - 1/20/2025 (MLK weekend)
2/14/2025 - 2/17/2025 (Presidents' Day weekend)
4/18/2025 - 4/20/2025 (Easter weekend)
5/23/2025 - 5/26/2025 (Memorial Day weekend)
6/19/2025 - 6/22/2025 (Juneteenth weekend)
7/3/2025 - 7/6/2025 (Independence Day weekend)
8/29/2025 - 9/1/2025 (Labor Day weekend)
10/10/2025 - 10/13/2025 (Indigenous Peoples’ Day weekend)
11/7/2025 - 11/11/2025 (Veterans Day weekend)
11/26/2025 - 11/30/2025 (Thanksgiving weekend)
12/19/2025 - 1/4/2026 (Holiday seasons)

Payments can be made through the Client Portal using a credit card or ACH transfer (Sorry, but NO cash or checks)
If you prefer, we also accept payments via Venmo.

📍For bookings during dates specified as holidays, payment must be made at the time of booking.
Change of plan? We get it. Please let us know as soon as possible.
The cancellation fee may be incurred as follows:
100% Refund if notified 8 Days or more before* the first day of the service
* 15 days before for the service requested on the dates listed under Holiday rate -- please see the bottom
80% Refund if notified 5 to 7 Days before the first day of the service
50% Refund if notified 3 to 4 Days before the first day of the service
NO Refund if notified 2 days or less before the first day of the service
NO Refund unless notified 15 days before the first day of the service on Holidays*
* Holidays include all dates listed under Holiday Rates -- NOT just the actual holiday.
